Endless Mountain Learning Center, Inc. provides the community with 4 programs of quality care.
• Infants & Young Toddlers: 6 weeks through 23 months
• Older Toddlers: 24 months through 35 months
• Preschool: 36 months through the first day of Kindergarten
• School Age & Summer Camp: the first day of Kindergarten through age 12.
Our curriculum is written to meet the Pennsylvania State Standards and each individual child's needs. We believe that children learn in many different ways and by providing multiple approaches learning, we are able to ensure that each experience is meaningful for the child. The staff in the classroom complete multiple trainings each year on child growth and development to help them better prepare the child's learning environment, and to make certain the children are getting the most out of their learning experiences.
In the state of Pennsylvania we have a program called Keystone Stars. This is a program that helps child care programs provide the best service we can to the families we serve. To do this, they have created a quality rating scale for providers to meet and follow. When a provider meets these standards, they are awarded a "Star Level".
EMLC, Inc. is a Star level 4!
This is the highest level in the program and not only have we been able to achieve this wonderful goal, but we are the first and only Star 4 childcare provider in Susquehanna County.
